Hmm... looks like Safi’jiiva from Monster Hunter World.
Then again, Safi’jiiva has a pretty generic dragon design, so that could be it.

Great looking dragon! This fine piece deserves a "prequel" panel or two showing the victim (or multiple victims) were before their ingestion, and how the dragon got into the house. Somehow, I doubt the bathroom facilities will be adequate for a creature this size. so hope his new home has a big backyard, or close to a patch of woods, either of which could solve the problem. Thanks for sharing and hope we see more of this guy!
