When you live in the ecosphere module, you most likely live in the habitation section on the upper rim of the ecosphere module. From there, you have a view quite different from any view possible on earth.

To prevent psychological issues with looking "up" and looking into your neighbours backyard, the central spire as well as the inner shell produce a light fog along the center of the ecosphere module, preventing a clear line of sight to the opposite side of the ecosphere module.
