Love the coloring going on here.
Since you mentioned wanting a critical look at it, I think this could be stronger however, as the tip of the spear is distinctly not even with the shaft, making it look fake.
The positioning and angle of the background aids in helping us as a viewer look at what you're trying to draw attention towards, the person in the foreground, but you could actually use a few different objects to help draw the eye line with flow better. The weapon is the most straight forward, but the necklace and tail tip could all be positioned to point back towards the viewer, making it a lot stronger.
The arm bandage also could use a bit more toning and depth.
The fur in the mid chest area is the same thickness as the belly, but winds up creating a strange dividing line with the breasts when it should all even out as it moves from upper to lower body, rather than create a division.
Really solid piece and you continue to really push yourself. Always a treat to see what comes out next from you!
