Farnsbeck has already shown up in the story but Riggs is a couple of updates from now. They both work for the Ministry of State of Vharkylia as special agents (aka spies). In game terms, Farnsbeck is a level 20 Charlatan and Riggs is a level 18 rogue. They are very proficient at their job, even if they are quite different personalities.

Tawny Riggs is never mentioned by name in the books. She goes by her code name "Magenta." Farnsbeck goes by his code name "Cyan" and unlike most in his profession, he also goes by his real name, although everyone has been told it's an alias. Both have interesting back stories and I might write something about them at some point.
