In a near dystopian future, the United States of Scandinavia brough the wildlife of the Nordic waters to near extinction with their mass fishing. Thankfully, two heroes stepped in, and stepped on their foes to stop this madness and bring life back into the seas.

Well, they're not really heroes, more like a villain and someone who doesn't care much. Plus they really do this so they can eat all that fish themselves. Eeeh whatever, they're giant mutants, so they're objectively the better side.
