A Pastblast from 2003, "Manor Foxes" was a Christmas card design, and also one of my early attempts at painting wildlife. In this one, a pair of red foxes take an evening romp in the snow near a Highlands manor house.

Thank you as always for sharing your art! This reminds me of a snowy day in April of '98 when we saw two mated foxes in Sharon Woods Park, playing "tag" under the feet of a grouchy old white-tailed buck. He was snorting and jumping, and the foxes were completely oblivious to him, just having a great old time.
