So hey I'm not dead. Just had MANY bumps in the road aaaaand here I am. My head canon for this group is that they are formed by GUN and are mainly used for espionage and item recovery. The leader being Rouge, they mainly recover items and information. But they are still a very powerful opponents. This is part of a pretty big side project that I hope I can keep working on from time to time
