dragovian15 featuring Rose and his Popplio OC Melody.
This was one of my earliest draws back in the day when I only had Pokemon art academy.
After coming from the ocean, eating lots o fish pokemon, they blissfully relaxed and watched the clouds together as they let their meal(s) digest. Rose even suggested one of the clouds even looked like a oval headed Pikachu.
How they met is still yet to be known. XP
