General:
1) You may request updates or progress shots at any time, and minor changes will be made for free during the drafting phase. I will send you at least one progress shot once the sketch is completed regardless whether you ask for one or not.
- Please ensure all references and expectations are clear and accurate before I start.
- I will not make changes after the lineart stage.

2) I will not give you or post the completed image until the quoted price is paid in full.

3) Once the piece is complete, I will e-mail or DM you the high resolution .png and a watermarked web version which I will post on my profiles (you may also upload the watermarked image with credit elsewhere if you wish to).

4) The complete and incomplete commissions mustn't be traced, reproduced or edited without my permission.
- These commissions are for personal use only (such as: posting on social media, using as profile images or headers, prints on posters or cards, phone and desktop backgrounds, gift for friends and/or family).
- Unless the Image Rights are obtained, or an agreement between buyer and seller is reached, distribution of the commissioned image publicly for profit will be a violation of copyright and possibly result in legal actions against you.

5) I will not use your finished image for profit or redistribution without consent or prior agreement.

Payment and Returns:
1) Payment is processed via Paypal Invoices.

2) Half of the total quoted price will be required upfront as a Deposit before starting the commission. You can also choose to proceed with a complete upfront payment.

3) In case the work is to be cancelled for personal reasons, please inform me as soon as possible.
- In case you paid the total price upfront, but I have already started working on your piece, I will ask for fair compensation in relation to how much the work had already progressed, and issue a refund accordingly.

4) In case of cancellation on your part, if the final, refined sketch of the work has already been provided, the Deposit payment will not be returned.
- No full returns will be processed after the piece (either complete or still in progress) has been sent to you or shared with you.
- If a payback is filed unbeknownst to me, you will be blacklisted and I will alert my artist colleagues.

5) In case of cancellation on my part, due to personal reasons, a full refund and an apology will be issued.

6) Deposit invoices not paid within 5 days will receive a reminder, after an additional 5 days with no response, the commission will be dropped, and the invoice cancelled.

Personal Restrictions
1) Some commission requests may be rejected if I feel they are outside of my abilities or comfort zone (eg. mimicking another artists' style).

2) I reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are:
- UNTRUSTWORTHY: I will cross check your name against sites such as Artists Beware to make sure you are not a scammer.
- AGGRESSIVE/INAPPROPRIATE/HATEFUL: This is self explanatory, and should be common sense, but I have had issues with client based harassment in the past. You will be permanently blacklisted.

3) When submitting your reference material, please try to implement as many visual references as possible. Photos, reference sheets, poses made with 3D models, stick figures- any visual aid is way more useful than an in-depth description (which is still useful nonetheless!).
