Now onto the next race. But first I have some things to say and especially to those who are laughing behind my back and trying to put me down. Just because I feel hard and work hard this way doesn’t mean I need crap from other people. I do feel like a victim because of the backlash and laughter in a mean way. It’s wrong. Just because I’m so passionate about Meika doesn’t mean I need to be made fun of it. It’s how I am and why I was born this way. And if people like what I’m doing it must be because I’m doing a good thing and will keep doing what I’m doing. Also those horrid images of Meika have been posted, or one of them at least. The Christmas ones I have of her are far more what is to happen and those other pics are taking place in a twisted nightmare. But despite that support for me is growing and for the right stuff. So please, take a moment and view the true Christmas pics but the last one is adult but the correct ones.

Racing World
Crazy Track
The day for the race at the Electric Dome then came. How the cars got there was by truck and taken through an entrance. Also since the Ark was so close to it, Mr. Mane provided rides for the racers that took them to the area. Since there were so many of them, they were divided up and Nicholas and Meika rode with Sonny, Mia, Tag, Tamira, Jessica, Meelo, Miles, Cody, and Kira in one. They were already changed into their racing suits. The mechanics who would help during this race would have their own booths to act as the support. “Doing alright?” the husky asked with a grin.
“I’m so excited to race on this!” the vixen answered.
“At least it will be more realistic unlike that VR race!” Meelo said.
“You’re still sore about that?” Meika asked with a smile.
The male chameleon scoffed and Jessica smiled at him. “Hey, I don’t think we’ll have to do that ever again,” she told him, placing a hand on his right shoulder. He looked to her. “I honestly think that.” He smiled, feeling a bit better.
The cars arrived at the Dome and they got out. They saw the fans and those waiting to watching were behind metal barriers and German Shepard who acted as security. The outside of the Dome had the lights flashing on the black surface, indicating it was open. “Time to head in,” Nicholas stated with a grin.
Inside, those who were racing were directed to the elevators that would take them to the cars. Meanwhile Blitz, Becks, and Beaks were at a very nice skybox inside where they would be commentary this race. “Isn’t it what I’d tell you it would be?” the flying fox asked the other two, popping a shrimp into his mouth with cocktail sauce.
“It certainly is,” the goat agreed. He then checked to make sure the others who would help broadcast this race were ready and then the three got into position.
The signal was given and then the three went live. “Welcome again all you racing fans!” Becks stated.
“And we’re coming to you live from the Electric Dome in Aispir City!” Blitz said. The T.V. screen showed the layout of the track and the excited members in the audience which included Danny and those from his shop who had watched the last race. There were also huge star shapes, some pulsing like large speakers and many colored lights in here like it was a disco. Even the floor and track had sections that lit up. “As you can see this crowd is ready for excitement and the thrill of watching the cars out today!”
Down at the starting line the racers were getting ready. Nicholas glanced ahead. Despite having been on this track before, the husky had yet to come in first in a race here. This time the male planned it. And all for not just beating Pike again but to show the whole world to not underestimate him. Just like those other three and for those who thought otherwise. Meika was also determined to get in a better place this time. If not first then second for sure. “We’re just not waiting for this to begin!” Blitz announced.
Tag in the meantime had gone over the track with Miles. They knew where his car would be able to use its special ability if the need should ever happen. The lights then began to do their countdown. The racers had their car engines roar to life again. Then the signal was given and the race was on. Nicholas instantly used his rear viewers on the dashboard of his car to check if anyone unwelcomed was following and it turned out there was. Pike was already hot on his trail. “Must’ve really pissed that guy off,” the husky stated with a chuckle, thinking of giving the bastard the finger. “Good. This will make things better when I kick his ass.” The Lighting Blizzard was then over taken by Axel. Nicholas knew he’d have to worry about the avian later. Right now all that mattered was getting as much distance between himself and Pike.
The racers first went around a corner which was a normal kind of track. Then the racers passed by a line and they felt their cars become attached to the track. It was that powerful of a connection that one could feel it. This was it, the beginning of the craziness. The cars began to head up sharply and then were driving on the track while being sideways. “This is even more freaky than the VR,” Sonny said.
Nicholas in the meantime saw Pike was bearing down on him. Vyxx and Zeno were also closing in as well to help out. “They really are like a synch unit,” the husky growled.
“You really think you can get away with what you did?” the lupine growled more to himself but like Nicholas was in front of him.
Meika who was behind saw this and became frightened for the male she loved. Just then Meelo shot past her. “Let’s get them to break it off,” the chameleon stated.
The guy activated his car’s power and targeted Zeno. But this time the horned toad was ready and used his car’s power to protect his vehicle by creating a barrier. But that was what Jacob had been waiting for as the Rook came in from behind the male chameleon. “My turn!” he stated.
The guy went for his car’s special ability and launched the attack. Zeno got hit but Pike and Vyxx were lucky to avoid the attack. “What now?” she asked the lupine.
“You deal with that avian, Nicholas is mine!” he snarled. “We were told that he wasn’t to win this race and that’s what we’re going to do!”
Vyxx was disappointed that she wouldn’t get Tamira but pulled back to fall behind Jacob. “What the hell is she doing?!” the avian asked.
Meika saw this in the rear view mirror. She didn’t know who to help. That’s when Sig came in and moved his car so he was right by Vyxx’s side. “Now then maybe you should think twice little lady before you make a move.” The guy had been driving enough to know exactly or guess what she had been about to do.
“Pike, I’m cut off; you’re on your own!” she told him through their connected headset.
“Damn it!” he growled angrily. “Fine I’ll do this myself!”
He activated his car’s power and the two other illusion ones came out. Nicholas saw this in his rear view mirror. Meanwhile Victor went on ahead to try to catch up to Axel. “First things first,” the male stated. “Get this guy off my six!”
By this point the cars had reached the first part of being upside down and saw the floor not only had a magenta colored section and light green one, but that a split was coming up. “This again?!” Tamira asked in disbelief.
The racers made their decision. Pike was beginning to get closer to Nicholas who figured what he had done to those racers from before won’t work on this lupine. It would take someone or something else to help him out. And it would come from a surprising source. Krom was actually doing better this race. He went past Meika who saw this and got an idea. She grinned and got her car’s ability ready. The missiles were fired and made contact with the crocodile’s car. His vehicle couldn’t flip because it was magnetized to the track. But this attack did the trick as Krom lost control of his car which went head first into one of the illusions. This costed him the race again. Pike saw this but couldn’t tell who had fired the attack. “Whoever did that is dead!” he snarled.
Nicholas saw that and wondered who had helped him out. “Well one less one to worry about!” he stated with a grin.
The racers were now on a short even space of track. Axel saw that he couldn’t use his car’s ability yet and glared in frustration as Victor was getting closer to him. Back behind the pack Tag was slowly working his way up as well. With him were Cody, Daniel and Rachel. “Nice of Meika to clear a bit of a path for us!” the otter stated.
“Let’s see if we can return the favor!” the tiger said.
The second third of this track had been reached. And upcoming was the point Nicholas had first pointed out to the group. Victor fired his car’s ability at Axel just before the second avian could really get ready to use his car’s ability. The attack from the Lyrie bird was right on target and caused Axel to slow way down. This allowed a number to get past him. And because of this chaos Pike lost his other illusion to someone else and had used up his ability. “What an upset!” Becks stated. “Axel may be losing his touch out there!”
“Not over!” Beaks said.
“Good point buddy, this race isn’t over yet!”
The racers all came down a steep drop now. Looking showed the last third of the section was coming up and the finish line. “Time to rev it up!” Nicholas stated and shot forward. Tamira was like that as well and had just activated her car’s ability to weave in and out of the other vehicles.
The husky’s face was one of concentration as he got closer to getting in first. He was just waiting to use his car’s ability. Just then he noticed Victor was ahead and figured the time was now. The guy activated Howling Snow and fired the attack. The Lyrie bird was lucky as a curve came up and his car managed to avoid the full blast but still got hit a bit, slowing down enough to have Nicholas pass by and then Meika. “Hmph!” the avian stated and kept driving.
“Oh yeah!” the husky stated. “Two for the win baby!” That was because now it was just straight driving to the finish line. He then noticed Meika behind him. Even so both could tell she would only get in second. And that’s what happened. The canine crossed the finish line with her a few inches behind. Tag was third with Victor in fourth.
“Unbelievable!” Becks stated. “Nicholas had managed to win two races in a row! I don’t think we’ve ever seen anything like this before! I know I haven’t!”
“This is… better than anyone could have hoped!” Blitz said a bit hesitantly.
The racers who came in those tops spots got out of their cars to the roar of the crowd. “Hey I did better!” Meika stated happily.
“It was a good race,” Tag said and looked to Victor who gave the husky a stern look but then nodded as his way of saying there would always be next time.
Just then the reporters came out on the track to talk with Blitz leading the way. “Over here Nicholas!” the flying fox stated and went up to the husky. Meika was by his side still. “Here’s the two time winner ladies and gentlemen! Well deserved, well deserved indeed!” He was ignoring the vixen completely but the guy gave her an apologetic look that this was how this reporter rolled. She would get her turn another time. “You’re showing promise out there old boy like with Tag. What’s your secret?”
“Clean air,” Nicholas replied.
“Love it!” Blitz laughed. “Love it!”
“But I have to give a shout out to my real fans and my friends out on the track.”
“Yeah, right,” the flying fox replied, his tone going into a bit of an annoyed one before going back to normal. “Tell us Nicholas, you just won in Aispir City races twice! Your performance and your point totals are impressive. What makes you think others won’t hate you for this or maybe even kill?”
“Wait, what?!” Meika exclaimed, hearing this.
“Did I just slur my word?” the bat asked sleazy, quickly covering that up. “Aren’t you worried?”
“Tell you the truth, at the rate me, Meika, the others I hosted, and my friends are going at, we’re driving a fine line here,” the husky replied. “It’s a dangerous game we’re playing. But that doesn’t meant I can’t take a few scumbags out while I’m at it.”
“Well you made the people cheer and happy and that’s good for business! Now then I’ll just step aside because I think some others may want to talk to you! I’m signing off!” Nicholas and Meika watched the guy walk away before turning their attention Ms. Dira, Alfred, and the other reporters. However, the husky began to do some digging into his computer near the end of the day thanks to that one sentience Blitz had said. The guy did some cross references on his laptop at his quarters checking the amount of money and ratings. The guy began to notice in some areas things had gone up drastically and decreased at an alarming rate. It was too much like betting was going on. That could only mean crime from the Ring Masters and High Command was going on. The husky called up Riq on his phone after making sure the call and room was fully secure.
“It’s me Riq,” he said to Tag’s father on the other end of the line. “Yeah, I’m sure you’ve not only seen how we’ve been doing but the amount of money circling in on this season. I’ve done some cross referring on my laptop after today’s race. I think someone or some people are betting on the outcomes of these races. It certainly seems that way. Crime is definitely playing a role in this and the criminal underworld at that. We always knew that with the Ring Masters and High Command.” There was a pause. “No nothing new yet but those rookies, Zeno, Vyxx, and especially Pike, there’s more to them that meets the eye and the same goes for Razor.” The guy then told the feline what had happened at the bar and what the racer cat had told him about saying he worked for Lezo. “See what you can find on that guy on your end. I’ve tried and got nothing.” There was another pause. “Yeah, I feel it to. Something big’s going to happen. The first of them. I’ll keep my eye out on Miles and Tag plus everything else. Right. Talk to you later.” The husky hung up the phone with a sigh. He didn’t know for certain with some things in the future. And soon things on the side of good and evil were about to start moving.

Now that we have reached this point we can finally get to episode 16 of the show. Things will finally be moving forward in more ways than one not just for this story but in general. A warning that the next chapter will be very long and dialogue heavy but worth the read.
