In fact you DOESN'T WRITE foreign names in Hiragana. And that is not the hiragana for Wi, Jay. This >>> うぃ <<<< is. And I don't even think it's right to write it like that.

OKay. So yeah, it does exist. It is a hiragana. But according to what I've searched. It's obsolete. No one uses it anymore.... And besides, you would use KATAKANA for Foreign names. So using ゐ　like that would be wrong anyway.

Both characters in Katakana and Hiragana are no longer even used in modern day Japanese. They're old characters... :/

They exist, but I doubt you're gonna use those characters in modern day Japan.
