I realised I never posted my old life project to this site much (ONE imeage! wtf), and since in 2020 I plan to give much more attention to it, it's high time to bring in some context, even if it's old as hell.

It's an illustration for one of the first chapters:

Billie left her alone for a few weeks the morning after they first met. He was the only one who gave her a chance and spoke with her since she has born, and she wasn't ready for getting back to her dire loneliness a few hours after she thought it could be finally over. What she couldn't know yet was that it was not his choice not to come back sooner.

Dragons are born language acquisition masters, capable of instant understanding of new words and structures, memorizing what they once heard/received and having the ability to connect with one's neurological system in a way that allows them a direct thought exchange, even if it requires the interlocutor's brain to choose words for the still learning Dragon.

The protagonist of the story grew up in isolation and her life proper is yet to start. Being a Dragon prevented her from growing into a feral creature though, unlike a human would in her place.
