This resembles a sticky-note mosaic.
Unfortunately, it would take thousands of 3in(7.62cm) squares, and would be absolutely massive. But how large would it get?... With a resolution of 4x4 pixels per sticky-note, the resulting area would measure about 160m^2 taking up the space of 5 full size school busses.
conclusion: don't make it with the standard size sticky-note... lol
