I've dealt with this on more than one occasion working in fast food. The more irate they get usually the more they're lieing.

I happen to work fast food myself right now, so I can testify to what you are saying.

When I worked fast food, we required them to bring the food back in. Otherwise, how do I know that they just didn't find a reciept in the parking lot?

That's a good requirement.

Zax: Thanks to companies like Amazon, people can use apps like Doordash or even simply order fresh food to be delivered to them in secured ground drones from small factories that makes food on order to go. Los Angeles, despite being crowded, utilizes the latest tech and gadgets to meet business demands efficiently. As for that McDonald's thing, people like that lady is why McDonald's have touch screens for them to place their own order. It is also why more people use the internet and apps to place orders ahead of time!

Chuong: But sit-down restaurants will still exist. I'm sure I would love to eat some ramen at least in Japan with a nice view outside. Others would love to eat at sushi bars where sushi is served on conveyer belts to them. The later is criticized as "lazy" by Ryo since he prefers a traditional sushi bar where sushi is made fresh to him. As convenient our world has become, people will still go outside from their homes.

Randy: We do have those kiosks for people to place their order, but not in the drive-thru. And we just started using the Doordash app, but we don't get that many orders on that.

Nathan: I reckon I don't see the point of usin' them apps because to me, that says laziness. Y'all can't get it yourselves? Ya gotta pay them outside third-party people to give it to you?

Chuong: Hence, there is this diagram. *Pulls out a giant board with a triangle with the following words at each corner; fast, cheap, good.* In this diagram, you can only have two of the three. Yet consumers want all three. Even with Amazon, you can't have all three. One has to give for the two to work.

Randy: I do remember learning the concepts of that diagram my first day.

Nathan: That there combo restaurant we have also gets pretty crowded because of what you just said about them tacos.
