TOS (PLEASE READ FULLY.)
• PAYPAL only
• You will always get a Sketch to approve your Commission before I finish your picture. After sketch will be finished you can ask for minor changes
• All Commissions are done DIGITAL (if not stated otherwise) and you will receive a PNG or JPEG File of your Picture. Sometimes the PNG file doesn't send. I have had some problems with that. So if the PNG file doesn't send. No worries, You'll get the JPEG.
• The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)!
I have the right to upload the Commission to my galleries and use if for prints in artbooks, portfolios etc.
• I take the right to refuse a Commission, if i dislike the topic/theme/character.
Adult Commissions are possible, but i refuse any extreme fetishes. If you are unsure about YOUR special desire, just ask if I would do it.
• I'll always keep contact and let you know how progress is going. If something happens and I think or feel it may take longer for me to finish, I promise I'll let you know.

• I hold the right to refuse a commission or customer for whatever reason, but these are the things I WILL NOT draw:
Gore, Cub, Scat, Watersprts, Rape, and other extreme fetishes.
No Macro, No more Vore (I find it a little difficult)
No feral NSFW
I will no longer be accepting commissions that involve pokemon, digimon or other tv shows/movies (cosplay
is fine)

• My ETA vary between a few days, a week, or months. PLEASE get a quote from me on time beforehand! I will NOT refund you unless: It has been an overly long period of time (more than 3 months) OR I am unable to do your art piece.
• If I am only in the sketching phase and have not lined, or anything further, I will return 50%. All commissions and auctions must be paid for, at least 24 hours after buying, before I start them. No exceptions! (referred to recent bullet-point)
• Once I start I can refuse to refund you! (unless listed above)
• I will not draw more than 5 characters within a commission (YCHs not included)
• I am a full-time mother and college student, please keep this in mind before commissioning me, as you will need patience and a sense of understanding when I do not respond right away.
