This was a commission from Darkmpulse1 on Newgrounds. He designed an advertisement in his head but needed it put down on paper. The purpose? Spread the word about his website. PolarFunny was supposed to be a site similar to places like DeviantART, Youtube, Facebook and Newgrounds. User submitted work. The website is no longer around I don't think, but it was fun while it lasted. :(
