Elmira Delarosa is the mother of Morticia and Amalia Delarosa, plus the prime leader of the people who lived in the swamp. Elmira practice the dark arts of Witchcraft, even have close counter meeting the Demon Queen of the underworld. She personally keep to herself, not wanting to draw in too much attention. There are times she will visit her daughter, Morticia at the strip nightclub, asking her some favors for important reason.
