Zinc is basically Virmir's unofficial and completely unwanted cheerleader, always there to tell Vir when he's doing a great job, which in his opinion is all the time. Here, having found out Vir won first prize for best in show at the state fair, he's come to congratulate him for being the best hog ever.
Vir is less than enthusiastic about this.
He'll be even more angry when he finds out the naga girl who turned him into a pig in the first place ran off with the prize money.
