Richard Grayson is one of the detective that work for the Capital City police department. His prime objective is to make sure that the street are safe, and report any sign of trouble, if people using illegal magic of steampunk technology that aren't allowed in the city area. Richard was part of a a rich family, that run most of the apartment buildings for bats. His family wanted him to take over the business, but prefer to use his time and talents to protect the streets. Richard however have a kids sister that tries to get herself in trouble and have to keep an eye on her. In secret, Richard was born a female borzoi go by the name Rachel, it was rare for the Grayson family have a dog breed, except for the mother older sister being one, and their grandmother. In later years Rachel had taken magic potion, and Magic Therapy to become a male bat, the family change her named to Richard to have a perfect son. Richard deep down wasn't happy what his parents did to him, but soon he notice that the effect from the magic therapy wasn't permanent able to be herself again
