This is the Quilava reincarnation of my original Riolu OC and the current wielder of the katana known as the Outcast. it's sorta like how the Morris Family became the wielders of the Vampire Killer after the Belmonts in the Castlevania series... only reason I made that comparison is because I've been playing a TON of Castlevania Portrait of Ruin recently.
