This is Gabbers, a member of the Mew Conglomerate. Despite being a secretive species, she just loves going around, taking on forms and chatting it up with people and Pokemon alike, avoiding conflicts and battles in the hopes she can just have a good time interacting with strangers. Of course, she never discloses her true identity, and quite often folks are left wondering exactly who they were just talking to for three hours straight.

She is happily married (or more accurately, mated) to Pipelet, another mew whom I will visually design at a later date. Unlike her, he is a bit more cautious towards strangers and a much more active battler. The two of them are rarely apart, and when she goes on her outings, he is usually not far, keeping an eye out and ensuring she remains safe and happy.
