I’ve done chickens in the oven before, but never a Turkey.
Let it sit in brine for a day, then rinsed, let sit for awhile and slathered in butter and herbs. It was surprisingly juicy. It was also the first Turkey mt in-laws ever had (they are Japanese). I hope I can reproduce this in the future.
