The pose, the dress, the hair, and the tail are simply well done!
And i think your right, it doesn't look so much like a 'sketch' to me, but that's my opinion. <3
I also noticed it looks like a gradient was used on the shading to give it a dynamic feel (or w/e) and makes it even better! :3
