My first drawing of 2020.
Personally, I feel like I'm off to a good start, haha! This is a new character I've come up with, which may just be a one shot, but who knows...? Maybe we'll see more of him! He's tentatively named William, and he's a little older than Herb, and not quite as big as him. I really played around with the face, trying to do a slightly less cartoony look, particularly in the nose and eyes. I'm pleasantly surprised by how it turned out, and I'm happy I was able to make someone that doesn't just look like a Herb clone, haha! Though, honestly... I kind of want to apply some of these features to Herb in future versions of him, especially the nose. We'll see!
I know things are potentially scary in the world with recent events, but stay positive, and here's to a good year. 🍺
