Jinjur's voice is similar to that of Zira the lioness from Disney's "The Lion Guard"--like poisoned water running over sharp gravel. But when she starts to speechify, I hear the speech pattern of Charles Middleton's Ming the Merciless.

To be honest, I've seen a small handful of Lion Guard episodes, but not the one you linked. It makes me hate that series when you compare it against the movies.

The way to be a great politician is to tell people what they want to hear, stated in a way they can't disagree with.
Who doesn't want their country to be great? And if you're unsatisfied with the way things are going, then why shouldn't you try to change it, and blame everything on the current administration? Your leader works hard for you, has your best interests in mind, and The Other Side is riddled with incompetents and liars and frauds who are wasting your money. Once Your Leader gets into office, there will be more food and less work for everybody!
