Links will happen when I figure out how to edit previous submissions in the new site format. Until then, you can go to my gallery and look under Terah. The parts are in sequential order.
Sajani Tails: A Ship Called Hope is technically the third book in the series, but chronologically, it's the first. Before Sajani rose to be the pirate queen of Terah, she was a rather selfish and uncaring petty criminal. Learn about the events that forged her to be the symbol of hope and loyalty she is now.
Our last update before the holidays has Blade and Farnsbeck talking to each other in Thieves' Cant. Although it's not commonly known, a "cant" is not a new language it's more like a coded version of the native language. Someone hearing the conversation could easily assume that the pair are talking about neighbors and roses, but what they're really talking about is the people Blade had to kill to keep them from pursuing Gregor and Sajani.
Writing a cant is a little tricky. If I used a pure cant, the reader would have no idea what I'm talking about, but I want the reader to know what's being discussed without constantly translating. Brown refers to the leadership of Rhidayar. Gray is Benayle. Oil and water are the Riteyai Lords and Drtithen Council. The language should sound a little coded without being overly confusing. Hopefully I got it right.
