I'm sure they didn't mind. After all there are worse things done to tombstones. Urinating on them, birds bombing them, people humping on them, or the ever popular youth tactic of defacing and/or destroying them.
As a side note, if I have one when I'm dead, I won't mind someone using it for a photo shoot. Tame or adult in nature
