Sorry for such a short chapter but with what's been going on lately with needing to complete other things, my resources and time are more limited.

Happiness
Jack did call up his new girlfriend Rachel and the two spent a lot of time together. After that kiss, the two teens just wanted to be with the other. It could be seen and felt how happy Jack and Rachel were. And none more so than their parents. Nicholas and Topaz did invite the Wikor family over for a barbecue. Not only was it to allow their eldest child more time with the one they were dating, but also so the parents could talk. This happened during the Sunday following the dance. Even the younger siblings were here. But they left their eldest sibling alone as they were more busy with the other. “I’m really happy for them,” Mr. Wikor said at one point. “Rachel’s always been very fond of Jack since the day they met.”
Topaz giggled. “It was so going to happen,” the vixen commented. “I’m so happy for my son getting together with such a kind, sweet girl like Rachel.”
“He’s not the only one,” Nicholas said. “Yuki’s like that with Maddie. I got a call from Paul that Jade’s been gushing over how their eldest son has hooked up as well.”
“Oh yes, Rachel’s told us all about that,” Mrs. Wikor stated. “It seems all of our eldest kids are really growing up.”
Monday then came and Jack picked Rachel up. The door to her house opened up and the bob cat ran out to meet him. Going in, the couple shared a loving kiss. “Morning you,” the feline cooed to her boyfriend.
“Hey there,” he replied to his girlfriend. Jack then drove off.
They arrived and got out of the car. Rachel smiled at the male and her left and his right paw came together. “Ready to face the music of today?” Jack asked with a grin.
The female squeezed the paw that was holding hers. “Let’s go,” the bob cat replied. They walked like that and while the couple did notice the rest of the students giving them stares, it was easy to ignore. A few were angry and jealous but the rest knew that the vulpine and bob cat were meant to be together. After all, how the guy had defended her was still fresh in their minds and knew not to mess with her or Jack. They did run into Yuki and Maddie also holding paws. He was grinning but she was just glowing with happiness. They were also a very cute couple and the friends did talk quite a bit how it was at the dance and what they had done during the weekend. “That really is wonderful for you,” the coyote told Rachel and Jack when those two finished.
“For all of us,” the bob cat stated.
“Yeah, I guess things are going to get interesting I suppose,” Yuki commented.
“Guess it’s time to see what life now has in store for us,” Jack said. The two new couples smiled and were ready what was to come.

Regardless look at how happy the two are. And that's what I'll do for other couples meant to be together.
