Don Dante 'Lucifer' Marcello

Very little is known about the Infernals Don, what is know tends to Terrify his enemies and friends a like. The few attempts on his life have ended poorly as he tended to let the would be gun men off with 'no tip' for a lousy massage from their guns, one killer however took the insult to heart and attempted to kill Dante was out in public, a restaurant that many of his contenders for the cities criminal 'owner' frequented.

Out of 12 Witnesses, no one came to the police, No report was made, Crime families started leaving the city.

A few things happened that night, one more important than the others.

Lucifer decided to have fun, Dante's suit got ruined, and the Animal Shelter gained a Chewawa with a miniature human head [but couldn't speak]

The mass removal of competition however didn't go unnoticed of course. But since Fort Freak in Joker Town is always underfunded they didn't really need a new nail in their growing Coffin of problems.

Namely being saddled with investigating not just a new crime family. One made up of Freaks from joker town itself.
