Something I did for Procyon's friend! :D Also, Wow, this was big enough to be quite difficult to scan. I really like how it came out though.
I hope this gets some comments~I'd love to hear what you all think of it.

That would require inner thought though!
Fine fine... hmmmm...
I like the detail and shapes presented in the tree bark, but it's disappointing that those shapes are not repeated elsewhere in the picture. Something to look out for I suppose as it helps make things very interesting to look at. Perhaps also use the Golden Section to help define what is important and what to look at, since the tree branch is rather detailed and is indeed in that section, or just about, so to me that makes it feel it is the most important thing in the picture.

this is preatty nice... like the transition from green to blue...
Obviously the dragon is ncie too... my only critique is that it's torso and back seem a bit too thin... considering there's to sets of limbs there basicly overlappign each other... one would iamgien there would be a considerable bulk of muscles there... but here it looks very... thin... would be thinn even if it had 1 pair of limbs there isntead of two... that's just my opinion though.
The "hand" of the wing also has an... unusual design.
But those small detaills asside I really like the idea and concept. and the execution is preatty good too... keep it up.

yeah, the few comments I get on DA for isntance are almost ALL one liners... except for a handfull of people that actually take the time to wirte a cooherent sentance... well one good turn deserves another... the best respons to a 1 word comment is a 1 word answere... and "thanks" is the most commonly repply I give... because comments jsut aren't imaginative enough to allow me to write more.
Enough with the downing of yourself. :<
Okay lets just say someones wanders in and types:
"that's really cool" . I'd sit there and think about it, look at the picture, and ask them: "Hi! thanks for the comment, I'm glad you think its cool, too, but what do you think is cool about it?"
Stuff like that provokes answers and you can get a fuller opinion on what your audience thinks. :3
