Bio: Isaure LePlume is an entrancing and wealthy dog who was raised by the LePlume family. Her father, Alcide LePlume, was her mentor in magic and taught her lots of tricks to dazzle her enemies and even baffle them. Isaure is a both brains and beauty when it comes to magic and took her father's codename, Spellbinder. When Wizpup (Jamie Hao) intervened in one of her burglaries, she flirted with him and warned him that bad things happen to those who get in her way. So she hypnotizes him and blows him up like a balloon using her magic, and keeps him as her puffy pet. Mighty Mutt and Psycho Hound figured out what was happening to him, and they snap him out of his trance, freeing him from the Spellbinder's control. Though not truly villainous, the Spellbinder is just looking for a mutual lover, and promised she will be back to ''play'' with Wizpup as soon as she thinks of new magic tricks.
