I saw that his otter was a giant, and this is what popped out of my mind.

Short Story:
"Rodder, an otter that wants freedom. He was once free into the wild, but one night he was captured and putted into a dispicable dirty zoo. One day he dreamed, of becoming a giant freeing the animals of the zoo. Little does he know's that his dream will come true. Ever since he came to the zoo, he was swimming in a disolved nuclear waste in the water. He began to grow, and follow his dream."
