A continuation of my short novel, "The Inevitable Rise, Rebirth and Destruction of Lazarus Long and the Groupthinks from San Pedro" in a scene involving a meeting of the minds on Catalina Island and that WallyPower 118 superyacht.
“This is a look in. A window to the claustrophobic, always violent, sometimes introspective moments between authors and their muses. It's hallucinations for free deep in the dank and dark underbelly of the suburbs of Los Angeles. The burning chaparral, mid-century modern architecture, Wally Power superyahcts and occasional acid trips on the beach. Part fact, part fiction; it's all real to me.”

Sorry it's taken so long, but I got + 7 and +8 done. I guess first thing, I found the helicopter part confusing, the ride was real short and I had to read it twice (That's probably just me, I have to do that on occasion while reading.) Then I did not understand if Girgash was the pilot, or if he was just a passenger when he left. This was not clear to me.
And since there were four of them talking I found it confusing in a couple lines, because I was not always sure who said what. Usualy the next statment gave a hint to who was talking, but not always. The part where someone said that there was canvus on the floor and he was told to dance was the line that was not clear to me who said. Maybe I just missed it. LOL.
I liked the humor in this. Like when it was said that Lucious had been passed out to the world like a drug in a hospital drip.
And the part where Archimedes slaps and 'claims' Laz is funny. I have a question though, what does "Ηὕρηκα!” mean? I'm guessing it means something like, "you're mine." Lol, but who wouldn't want to claim a dragon for their own. (I just mean in general, not necasarly sexualy. Haha.)
And I also found that analogy about math good, and so true.
Oh and when Laz hit the throttle without warning the other two. That was great too.
