Brotherhood, Order, the Syndicate, they went by many names all over the world. But they all share the same deity, Apep, the Egyptian serpent god of primordial chaos and nihilism. The devourer of souls as he was called, seeks to eradicate life from Earth, the life of humans and all living creatures under the Heaven. His brother Ra the sun god of Egypt waged war with him for eons, until finally Apep was vanquished by Ra and his entourage in their final battle. To the victor goes the spoil, and Ra ruled over a planet abundant with life under his loving sunlight, to the vanquished goes the bitter, Apep rose from the grave under everyone's noses and now found a new battleground to continue his war, our world.
