Everyone knows the desolate parts of the city are the perfect hideouts for folks with devious minds. Born into the harsh, stained low-class, in the alleys of bars and nightclubs. Down in the basements where many sold their rotten bodies to be an offspring to the machine... Someone went to Ripper Dog clinic, came out as something different.
But rumours spread, and town folk's whisper turns louder... it won't take long until someone noticed and a bloodhound picked up the scent. It all needed someone, whose spark would ignite the rumbling tinderbox that resides in these people of withering... and turn them against the machine... and themselves.
