This is my friend's puppy, Zeppelin.
He's a Shih Tzu / Papillion mix. He does look more Shih Tzu, yes, but his mom is a full Pap.

Anyway, I am so happy for my friend, they couldn't have a dog for years due to allergies in the family. Well, now they are able to have one and they have him, and I have never seen happier people. c: He makes them so happy, and he's quiiiiite the little character.
He's also Scout's "boyfriend". :P
