I used it briefly but was hardly able to stay interested in it. The idea is that the short message length will keep messages more streamlined, but all that it does is cause the messages people send to be, overall, rather mundane and pointless. If I ever wanted to engage in a debate or share my opinion on a subject, there just wouldn't be enough space to do so.
