Saw a video the other day where some dude tivo'd an old Pokemon episode. It did the whole "Who's that Pokemon?" thing, and the guy screams "PIKACHU!"
When it comes back, it shows Koffing and he goes "GAWD DAMMIT!"
Anyway, I like how this was drawn. You can definitely tell he's evil, but he's still adorable.
