Good luck to you. Remember, deep breath in through the nose, and puffy-cheeked exhale out through the mouth. Have Grawal keep an eye on the contraction monitor. It's usually just drawing a straight line, until the contraction begins, at which point it will start to scribble. He will be the one to tell you when the next one is coming, and there's usually about 10 seconds warning. He must use those 10 seconds to get you ready, remind you to breathe, focus on looking right at him, etc. Take care, and congrats in advance!

A new chapter in your life is about to begin, one with extraordinary amounts of love and an adorable baby... because there's no love more pure than that a mommy gives to her baby. ^-^ Congratulations!!! No longer just a couple, now a FAMILY! :D
omg lol thats like my friend. she was small and rly light and formed a nice round basketball and then the DAY after she got back from the hospital, she was back down to normal skininess...she even showed me her tummy...no extra skin, no nothing (it was a BIT pudgy and soft but no marks! no nothing!)
