A wonderful design by my beloved  GodsPerfectIdiot of a character I've had in mind for about a year or so. He was heavily inspired by a hooded vest that she gave me for Christmas in 2018, and it very quickly became a favorite article of clothing of mine. I can't thank her enough for such an awesome design!
