This one took entirely too long and I am still not quite happy with it :P Anyway, I just couldn't resist the goofy expression on this horse's face, and it took 6 independently morphing pieces to get it barely right. He's either having a painful transformation, or enjoying it entirely too much!

I originally had a nice farm setting background on this too, but animated GIF's 256 color limit nixed that idea. Oh well. Hope you like!
