So last year we went through a lot, as a system.
Death, grief, the end of our therapy, we lost people we loved. Depression has made a harsh return, and anxiety skyrocked.
It was hard, really hard, to keep on waking up every morning. It still is.
But it's getting better.
Slowly, so slowly it's hard to notice. But it is.
I smiled. I smiled without having to fake it.
That's how I noticed.
We just have to keep on holding.
