It just so happens that I was browsing through Fur Affinity on my Nintendo DSi while at a certain railroad museum in Florida, and saw the meme again. So, I took the photo on the spot! Cookie if you guess what type of locomotive I'm standing on. It's very rare, only 13 were ever built and only two or three are operating anywhere.

Hmm, I've no idea. The headlamp looks (from what I can see of it) to a be a Pyle 2 lamp unit which would not be what I would expect on an EMD switcher pre 'SW' series.
Of the SW's the SW600 had the lowest production numbers at 15 units.
