If the person in question is Wraith then yes this sort of thing happens often. Sometimes it's the doing of his GF (the artist) other times not. They're both rather used to it. ;)

I have only one thing to say, I don't think that any 'smart' person would just click on an icon that they don't recognize because you never know what it could possibly be like a virus. Lol I know that if I were him, I would have deleted the new icon on the spot out of fear unless I knew that it was my roommate or friend who installed it.
