As the bad guy of my story, Tal spends a lot of time in isolation.

As a frost dragon bound in human form, she feels no cold and thus her light clothing does not bother her in these conditions.

This was my first run at Tal's outfit. I wasnt really happy with my design so I ditched this but still this was a great piece. I would love to work with fjorge again.
