The Efskiminin are a race of feline humanoids who are just starting their way into space. They are at a level roughly equal to Star Trek, somewhere between TOS and TNG. They are a people who believe in preparedness. though most in space will get along with just a space-suit/uniform, others, particularly those in the warrior caste or because they want to be stronger, work out a great deal.

Some are bodybuilders occasionally having to put in for custom sized and fitted suits as they can take their training just a bit far.
