Hey? Have you ever heard about Japanese folk tale called "Issunboshi" before?
If not, it's a story about the small boy named Issunboshi who never grew taller, one day he went to capital in order to become a warrior before he found employment in a big house there, When a girl of that house went on a journey, an oni tried kidnap her, Issunboshi tried to stop the oni and then the oni swallowed him whole but Issunboshi use his needle sword attack the oni from the inside, escaped, and then the oni ran away, the girl found a hammer that can grant her a wish, she used that to make Issunboshi growth to a normal size and then happy ending!

I heard this story countless time and keep wondering to myself what if Issunboshi don't have a needle when the oni tried to eat him or what if the oni was smart enough to get rip of it first...

...And this is how this pic was made! Just to show what will happen if the oni do what i just said, at least in my version!
...Poor little Issunboshi, he just tried to be a nice hero but this is what he just becomes now...
