In my experience, one of the most important words to teach a cat is "ouch." They rarely want to actually hurt you, and letting them know that something hurts lets them know it's time to stop and it teaches them your limits. They can also infer that the word applies to them as well, so that you can use it as a warning about dangerous things or situations.
But Biting Is How They Show Their Affection Just Bite Them Back:D
I Usually Wear Some Thick Gloves And Play With Mine So She Can Bite & Scratch All She Wants:D
Lately She Has Been A Good Kitty! Once They Know Your Boss They Calm Down Just Like Any Pet!?
But They Love A Good Challenge So Always Be On Your Guard When They Bite!!!
My Suggestion Is Play More With Your Kitty Friend And It Should Get Bored Easier HAHA:D
I'm Always Constantly Hugging Mine Like A Baby Always Giving It Affection Non Stop:P

Feline psychology. It can depend on a lot of things. I watch more "My Cat From Hell" and try to get into the kitty's mind. Some are just ornery though. I've found giving no reinforcement, not offering a negative response, to slowly calm this kind of behavior. Of course, it depends on the individual. Maybe play with the little guy more? Play the ornery right out if him/her?
