This is the reincarnation of the Water Essence.

Her name is Lillian Pondona, though she prefers Lily. She's based off of the blue poison dart frog (Dendrobates azureus) as the coloration is gorgeous. Her torso and head is light blue with an overlay of black spots and her arms and legs are dark blue. (She is not pooisonous though) Her hair is originally blonde, but she dyed it bright pink instead, and her eyes are minty green.

She's a very active person. Loves baseball, tennis, basketball, gymnastics and of course, swimming. And in honor of my family's favorite baseball team, she's decked out in the Atlanta Braves' colors.
