King Cerio Coolare of Glacialis, The honored son of Queen Pirlor and King Icerio.
He was born during the age of Terror (about 190 AOT)
Shortly after his birth, His father succumbed to Vivus's Bane and left Glacialis with an Unstable Queen.
Queen Pirlor began to go mad. She became paranoid and senseless, thinking that every dragon in her kingdom thought she was weak.
This only worsened when her brother, Niveis Frigoro, betrayed her and fled Glacialis.

Cerio's Family from the Northern Kingdom worried about his safety and took Cerio away from his mother. This threw her off of the edge, causing her kingdom to fall into a long state of anarchy.
Cerio was watched over by his Great Great grandfather, Frostfang Frigoro, Who had been cast from his throne when Frigus rose to power just a few centuries before. Before he was left for dead, His family Gift of immortality to age (from the God Tempus) had been stripped away from them, No dragon knowing why.
(It was actually because "Frigus" {Who was actually being possessed by the exiled god of hatred, Malice} had started to kill and Tempus was the only one who knew. And Tempus, Fearing that The Frigoro family's gift of Immortality would cause Frigus's reign to be without end, Stripped it away from them)
He Tried to make an immortality potion, but the potion seemed to have no effect. Frigus led him out into the woods and killed him, and he woke up 2 months later, his body rotting and dead. Even after the age of terror, this caused the former mighty king to be treated like a monster. He was practically a servant to his son, King Nix Frigoro.
Frostfang knew how to raise a great king though, and his family knew that he would never hurt Cerio (despite his hatred for Pirlor.)
So they put him in charge of raising him, Causing Cerio to gain all of the knowledge and bravery he needed to become a great King, the Future savior of Glacialis and the redeemer of his family's name.
